MY HOW TIME DOES FLY!! Here we are again in the month of August and school is just around the corner. We have survived the floods, the storms and the current heat.

IF YOU HAVE been listening to the news lately it is all bad concerning the housing market. Like any thing else, what has been riding high for a while has to peak and come down. If you recall this was the case in the 1980’s. Just hold on my friend it is still a buyers market and as the wise man once said this to shall pass.
